Our expertise spans the full spectrum of media planning and buying, including specialised teams for client servicing, broadcast, publishing, digital, data, and content production.

Our primary suppliers include media proprietors, market research firms, and software service providers. Industries where these suppliers operate typically exhibit lower risks of modern slavery.

Our People & Culture director is instrumental in developing policies that resonate with the company’s ethical values and standards in all sectors. These policies have the endorsement of our director, Myles Robinson.

Whistleblowing Policy

Green Central encourages all its employees, clients, and business partners to report any concerns related to its direct activities or supply chains. This encompasses any situations that may lead to a heightened risk of slavery or human trafficking. Concerns can be communicated to their line manager or our People & Culture team.

Employee Handbook and Induction

Our Handbook clarifies the conduct and behaviour expected from employees while representing Green Central. 

The company is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behaviour in foreign operations and supply chain management.

New employees receive the handbook upon joining the company. It educates them about recognising signs of modern slavery and the actions to take if they suspect its presence within our operations or supply chains.

Recruitment / Agency Workers Policy

Green Central collaborates exclusively with reputable employment agencies for labor recruitment and consistently verifies the practices of any new agency it works with before accepting their workers.

Due Diligence

Green Central conducts thorough due diligence when considering new suppliers and regularly reassesses existing ones.

Director Approval

This statement has received approval from the company’s director, who ensures its annual review and update.
