The Vitocal 150-A 4kW (AWO-M-E-AC 150.A04) is a monobloc air source heat pump designed for modernizing small UK homes, offering a heating output of 4.0kW (A7/W35). Using R290 (propane) refrigerant with a GWP of 0.02, it achieves a COP of up to 5.0 at 7°C outside and 35°C water temperature, earning an A+++ rating at 35°C. With flow temperatures up to 70°C, it supports existing radiators, eliminating the need for underfloor heating. The unit features Advanced Acoustic Design (AAD) for quiet operation (35 dB(A) at 3m in low-noise mode), making it suitable for dense residential areas. It includes ViCare app control via Wi-Fi, Hydro AutoControl for reliable operation, and integration with photovoltaic systems. The compact indoor unit requires only water connections, simplifying installation. MCS accredited, it’s ideal for retrofits and comes with a 5-year warranty.
