The Alpha E-Tec NXS 20kW System is a condensing system boiler for small homes with up to 8 radiators and 1 bathroom, requiring a hot water cylinder. With a 93% efficiency rating (ErP A-rated), it’s ideal for compact spaces. Its size (712x440x255mm, 32kg) allows cupboard installation. It features a stainless steel heat exchanger, a high-efficiency Grundfos pump, and compatibility with Alpha’s Comfort 2-Channel or EasyStat controls. It supports natural gas or LPG and comes with a 7 year parts and labour warranty, offering cost-effective heating for smaller properties.
